Welcome to our Master Research Seminar on Leadership and Organizational Behavior!
This empirical master research seminar will be a mix of on-site and online sessions. The teaching will be in English. The focus is on scientific writing and empirical research in the area of leadership and organizational behavior. You will read, interpret, and write texts/articles based on literature from top journals and discuss findings with the other participants. Your major assignment is a seminar paper of 10 pages based on original research and active participation throughout the seminar (e.g., giving short presentations, preparing parts of a session, giving feedback to others, and supporting a current research project of our chair).
We especially recommend this seminar if you plan to write or conduct an empirical master thesis or need to improve your understanding of reading empirical studies.
This seminar will focus on how organizations and their members can increase environmentally friendly behavior.
