Comparative Public Administration - Einzelansicht

The course gives an introduction into the study of comparative public administration. It provides an analysis and account of the development and state of public administration and recent administrative reforms in European countries. In selecting and focusing on the UK, France, Germany, and Sweden, the course is meant to treat key types of the Anglo-Saxon, Scandinavian and Continental European variance of public administration in its relevant cultural, organisational, personnel and financial dimensions as well as recent modernization processes at different levels of government.
