Konzeption motivationsförderlicher Lerngelegenheiten - Einzelansicht

Dieses Seminar baut auf den im vorherigen Semester erworbenen Kenntnissen der Motivations- und Emotionspsychologie auf und legt den Schwerpunkt auf deren praktische Anwendung. Die Studierenden entwickeln theoriegeleitet eigene Konzepte für motivationsförderliche Lerngelegenheiten, die sie bei Praxispartner*innen oder im Seminar selbst umsetzen. Dabei stehen die Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion von motivational-affektiven Lernsettings im Vordergrund. Ziel ist es, die Verbindung zwischen theoretischem Wissen und praktischer Umsetzung zu stärken und die Gestaltung motivationsförderlicher Interventionen zu erproben.

This seminar builds on the knowledge of motivational and emotional psychology acquired in the previous semester and focuses on its practical application. Students develop their own theory-based concepts for learning opportunities that promote motivation, which they implement with practice partners or in the seminar itself. The focus is on the planning, implementation, and reflection of motivational-affective learning settings. The aim is to strengthen the connection between theoretical knowledge and practical implementation and to test the design of interventions that promote motivation.
