Die professionelle Zusammenarbeit von Lehr- und Fachkräften stellt eine wichtige Handlungskompetenz im Kontext Schule dar (KMK-Standards, 2014). Im Rahmen des Seminars wird diese vor dem Hintergrund aktueller Schulentwicklung theoretisch fundiert und auf empirischer Basis diskutiert. Weiterhin steht die Beteiligung von Lehr- und Fachkräften an innerschulischen Entwicklungsprozessen als ein wichtiges Aufgabenfeld im Mittelpunkt des Seminars.
