Apologies for the inconvenience.Please follow the "comment" link above for more information on comments, course readings, course requirements and grading.In this seminar you will learn to take into consideration the plurilingual and multicultural children in your foreign language teaching. You will develop your intercultural competence as a teacher, gain knowledge on how to support the plurilingualism, the development of the mother tongue and the cultural identity of your pupils. You will also obtain practical material to be used in the foreign language classroom. Moreover, methods on how to bring the multiculturalism forth in your classroom in a positive way will be discussed.
Please note that you will be required to do preliminary reading to prepare for the first blockseminar. Should you have not received information of this please contact Ms Lämsä latest a week before the first seminar session.
