Kommentar	TO MANAGE EXPECTATIONS AND AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT: WE WILL NOT BE WATCHING TELEVISION IN THIS CLASS! THE FOCUS WILL BE ON THEORY. This seminar takes several approaches to TV shows: We will explore the peculiarities of serial narratives, think about issues of represenation, look at the impact of TV shows on political and social discourses and critically refelct on aspects of fan activisim. We shall attempt to define and answer what it means to be living in the golden age of television.
