This course introduces participants to materials development through careful consideration of what constitutes teaching materials in the EFL classroom, how materials can be evaluated, adapted and created. It has a specific focus on productive and receptive competences as well as Task-Supported Language Learning (TSLL). Participants will gain practical experience in analyzing, evaluating, adapting and designing materials based on the competences expected to be fostered in the English classroom as part of the Rahmenlehrplan.
