This seminar addresses research strategies in political science and public administration with an emphasis on the formulation of research puzzles, corresponding theoretical arguments and frameworks, and, most importantly, the selection and creation of a suitable analytical design and methodological strategy. We discuss key methodological contributions and their promises and pitfalls (and applications).
Note:The key reference for this seminar is Toskhov (2016), it is available at UP library (MB 2300 TOS) but you may want to consider to purchase it (we will read almost all chapters).
