Introduction to Modernity Studies - Einzelansicht

This course is specifically designed for and compulsory for students in the MA programme Anglophone Modernities in Literature and Culture in their first or second semesters. It is taught by a range of lecturers in literary and cultural studies, and will discuss texts which introduce the various meanings and implications of the term 'modernity' in Anglophone discourses.

Reading assignments for the individual sessions will be made available on moodle by the beginning of the semester.

This course will be offered in digital format. 

Two take-home tests comprising two mini esays (500 words) each.
