The course comprises the following two parts and periods: - the first half (April 17th to June 7th): Advanced topics in U-Pb Geochronology, by Dr. Matim Timmerman - the second half (June 12 to July 26th): Advanced topics in Ar/Ar Geochronology, by Dr. Masafumi Sudo The course includes lectures, exercises, and discussions with selected papers mainly on magmatic and metamorphic petrology.
