The Master seminar „Brandenburg in Europe” discusses how the German federal state of Brandenburg and its local entities are interwoven within Europe and the multilevel political and adminstrative system of the European Union. Thus, the seminar discusses the policy, politics and polity of multilevel governance of Brandenburg using theoretical literature, discussing empirical cases and exchanging with practitioners in excursions in Berlin and Brandenburg.
