Modern Methods in Light Microscopy - Einzelansicht

The lecture is identical for all students. The hands-on seminar is different for group 1 and groups 2/3. The group 1 hands-on seminar covers basic notions regarding programming (using Matlab) and image analysis, whereas the hands-on seminar for groups 2 and 3 is focused on microscope technology. Note that there is a max. number of participants of 6 for group 2 and of 6 for group 3.
Group 2: 03.05. = first day of seminar
Group 3: 26.04. = first day of seminar

The group 1 hands-on seminar is exclusively online (i.e. with slides and exercise available on Moodle, including a final project to be submitted for revision) and will be available around June 2024. 

Literature seminar (1 SWS; obligatory) is planned to be at the end of or after the lecture period and identical for groups 1-3.
