Introduction to Teaching and Learning English at Primary School Level - Einzelansicht

This lecture provides an introduction to the teaching and learning of English in primary schools. Students will be given an overview of theories of early second language acquisition and learn about benefits and challenges of an early start in language learning. We will discuss different approaches and methods of language teaching with a focus on spoken language and forms of corrective feedback. Furthermore, we will deal with intercultural learning and storytelling.
