Kommentar	This seminar is designed to give you an introduction to reading graphic novels. In a first step, we will look at their generic conventions before we will analyse a variety of comics. These will include Alice Oseman’s Heartstopper as well as Lesley Fairfield’s Tyranny, two texts that deal with young adults and might also be interesting for use in schools.
