This course will introduce the students to the key concepts of Object Oriented Programming (OOP). After a brief refresher of the basics of Python programming (control structures, variables, functions/methods, data types), the participants will learn, through a flipped classroom structure, how to implement objects and classes according to the four OOP's pillars of encapsulation, abstraction, inheritance and polymorphism. At the end of the course, the students will be able to autonomously implement solutions following specific functional requirements, respecting generally accepted coding conventions.
