Description Please follow the "comment" link above for more information on comments, course readings, course requirements and grading.

Can the founder of Christianity philosophize in the language of current continental philosophy? This seminar focuses on the conversion of Paul the Apostle to Paul the Philosopher within the framework of the growing engagement with St. Paul in recent continental philosophy. We will read the texts of Jacob Taubes, Alain Badiou, Giorgio Agamben and other philosophers on Paul to capture his return within current philosophical issues sitting at the juncture of political theology and post-secularity.

The seminar will be led by Dr. Abed Azzam.
