Description

Inhalt
This module aims to equip postgraduate students with both analytical skills and in-depth, up-to-date knowledge on key concepts in Organizational Behavior. Specifically, the range of concepts explored within the scope of this module refers to the notion of employee performance, organizational structure and work design, perception, decision-making as well as organizational ethics. Through an evidence-based exploration, the module goes on to describe, illustrate, analyze, and evaluate concepts, strategies, and theories developed and utilized by scholars and practitioners to maximize the potential and resolve problems associated with an organization’s most significant and valuable resource –its people.
