Learning Content	Evidenz-basiertes Management; Grundlagen der Mitarbeiterführung; Macht und Einfluss; Messung von Führungserfolg; Persönlichkeit und Werte; Führungsstile; Arbeitszufriedenheit; Motivation; Kommunikation und Konflikte; psychologische Prozesse in Organisationen; Synergien durch Teamarbeit. Die Veranstaltung findet in englischer Sprache statt.
