Kommentar	Description: In this course we will be introduced to the system of Pesika (Decision making) in the Halakha in regard to modern questions. We will examine together basic questions: how the decision is taken? How the Posek is using the ancient canonic sources in order to come up with a decision to his community; how the decision making process is functioning in the Jewish communities.
