Kommentar	In this course we will deal with daily problems in ordinary life which the halakha claims to give a Jurist just solution. Beside the introduction to the many levels of the Jewish legal system we will also try by that example to follow the logic ways of thinking of the ancient Jewish sages and their approach to daily problems.
