This training course provides a comprehensive overview of concepts and practical mechanisms for integrity and anti-corruption, focusing on international frameworks and standards, laws and institutions at the national level, organizational tools and processes as well as behavioral insights for rendering formal mechanisms effective within institutions or at the individual level.

The course consists of 14 individual modules, interlinking knowledge sharing, peer-to-peer learning and ethical reflection. The modules promote cutting-edge approaches for making change effective, complementing traditional monitoring and sanctioning mechanisms with recent insights from behavioral science that help preventing corruption by strengthening integrity and transforming mindsets.
