Kommentar	What is the Hebrew Bible's belief system? Does God have a body? Who are His people? Is there only one god? It turns out that there is no one answer to these questions — different parts of the Bible reflect distinct theologies. We will explore this topic by studying several biblical passages, as well as secondary literature. We will highlight both differences and common ground, and we will consider the ways in which contact with neighboring cultures influenced biblical religion. Students will write one seminar paper on a topic of their choice relating to biblical theology. Some knowledge of biblical Hebrew is expected.
