This course provides an overview of psycho- and neurolinguistic approaches to the processing and representation of words in the mind and brain. We will mainly focus on the question to what extent distinctions between different types of words map on how we process and represent words in our mind. We willalso discuss questions such as how the processing and representation of words in the mind and brain also relates to current relevant questions for the public and to working environments outside of academic research.
