Kommentar	This seminar will engage with one of the key tools of visual culture: the gaze. Together, we will discuss modes of seeing that firmly define our ocularcentric culture, as well as practices of looking that have long countered established modes of visual subject-object relationships. The class will rely on students’ participation and students are encouraged to enrich the class with visual material and examples.
