In this research seminar, we will study nonlinear Bayesian statistical inverse problems.
The program for the seminar will be announced at the first meeting on Tuesday, 18.10.2022.
If you are interested in participating (with or without credit), please sign up on PULS. If you cannot sign up on PULS, please contact the instructor by e-mail.
The seminar will start at 16:00, not 16:15.
Both the following are required for participation in this course:
Prior knowledge of Bayesian nonparametric inference will be helpful, but is not required.
To receive credit for participating in this seminar, a participant must give a presentation on a research paper assigned by the instructor. The presentation must last 60 minutes, excluding time for discussions.
The target audience of this seminar consists in students in the third or fourth semester of the Master of Mathematics program, and doctoral students who are interested in Bayesian nonparametric statistics.
